EMPOWERING TEAMS TO BOUNCE BACK BETTER

Beau Sejour Leisure Centre

Looking to expand on their Children’s Activities offerings and bounce back membership levels post-pandemic, Beau Sejour Leisure Centre in Guernsey enrolled their delivery team on our CIMSPA endorsed Kids Activator Course.

Kidztivity were brought in to up-skill the Beau Sejour Team and provide them with the tools, skills and confidence to deliver world class children’s activities in their leisure centre.

Over the two day course, sixteen members of staff were taken through the five modules; Making a Difference, Knowing the Foundations, Preparing for Success, World Class Delivery, and Becoming a Better You.
