The Kidztivity Adapt Workshop is a valuable training opportunity for educators and facilitators looking to enhance their skills and knowledge in inclusive children’s activities. This short bite size workshop provides innovative ideas, underpinned by theory, to enable you to effectively adapt your activity sessions for a wide range of abilities, ages and children.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a range of practical ideas and strategies for adapting their activity sessions to meet the needs of all learners, and a better understanding of the theoretical underpinnings of inclusive education, and support to ensure your activities are inclusive and enjoyable for all.

Who it’s for

The Kidztivity Adapt Workshop is suitable for all professionals working with children and young people in childcare, youth work, leisure, health, sport and physical activity settings; Holiday Camps, Breakfast Clubs, In-School and After-School Activities, Birthday Parties, Youth Work, Sports Coaching, Community Groups, Children’s Franchises and School Activity Programmes.

ASSESSMENT

In-Person assessments will involve a short Q&A session.
Throughout the online workshop there will be a series of quizzes to complete, followed by a short assessment. This is to display participants’ knowledge and understanding of the online course.
Digital feedback will be provided to ensure participants are comfortable and confident when working with children and young people.
