The Engage and Enthuse Workshop provides participants with inspiration and practical ideas on how to engage and enthuse children in a wide range of environments, including classroom settings, outdoor spaces, and other educational settings. The workshop will explore different scenarios and routines that can be used to maintain energy and control of the group, ensuring that children are motivated, focused, and on-task.

By the end of the workshop, participants will have a better understanding of the key principles of effective teaching and will be equipped with the tools and strategies they need to succeed in their roles as educators and facilitators.

Who it’s for

The Kidztivity Engage and Enthuse Workshop is suitable for all professionals working with children and young people in childcare, youth work, leisure, health, sport and physical activity settings; Holiday Camps, Breakfast Clubs, In-School and After-School Activities, Birthday Parties, Youth Work, Sports Coaching, Community Groups, Children’s Franchises and School Activity Programmes.

ASSESSMENT

In-Person assessments will involve a short Q&A session.
Throughout the online workshop there will be a series of quizzes to complete, followed by a short assessment. This is to display participants’ knowledge and understanding of the online course.
Digital feedback will be provided to ensure participants are comfortable and confident when working with children and young people.
